These Terms of Services are governed by the laws of the state of California, USA, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

11. Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Services constitute the entire agreement between you and BIBLIOTECHA INC. with respect to the LabelSync addon and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and BIBLIOTECHA INC.
